When will my order be delivered?
We ship from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Ordered on workdays before 3:30 PM, delivered the next day. No deliveries on Sunday, Monday and public holidays. Shipments are provided with a Track & Trace code. With this code you can find out where your order is located and when your order is expected to be delivered to you. Tracking code and courier company will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
Discreet Delivery
We fully understand the need for privacy and security thus your order will be packaged discreetly, vacuum packed and bubble wrapped to ensure safety and integrity where required. No smell no traces. All orders are sent in neutral packaging (so-called “plain box shipping”) including a discreet shipping sticker. In this way, our packaging for outsiders does not show what you have ordered. After all, what you order from us is not someone else’s business.
What are the shipping costs?
We have a fixed fee of £5.00 for shipping and packaging costs.

Can I provide a different delivery address?
If you know in advance that you will not be able to accept your order at home (billing address), you can also provide us with an alternative shipping address. We will then ensure that your order is delivered to the address you require.
